Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Tramonto Mazatlan with great ocean views from my balcony. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping practices, notably when they didn't respect my privacy. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but there are areas that could be improved. 🌊🌞
During my stay at Hotel Tramonto in Mazatlan, I appreciated the ocean view from my two-bedroom suite. it really made the experience special. However, I faced some issues with housekeeping entering my room despite the do not disturb sign. which was an unwelcome surprise. Overall, it had its ups and downs but was still a nice trip.
I recently stayed at Hotel Tramonto Mazatlan, and while the location was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable, my experience was marred by several issues. The elevators were painfully slow for a hotel with 19 floors, and the pool was too cold to enjoy. Furthermore, the lack of food on site and inadequate room amenities left much to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Tramonto Mazatlan. On one hand, the location was fantastic, and I enjoyed the beautiful views from my room. But I faced several issues with cleanliness and maintenance that took away from my stay.
During my four-night stay, I appreciated the beautiful view from my room and the comfortable atmosphere. However, I faced several issues that detracted from my experience, including inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance issues with the elevators. Overall, while my suite was nice, the service and facilities left much to be desired.
